From Al Ain
Al Ain has been a meeting place for four thousand years. Water from the falaj reaches the date palms by gravity alone. The fort walls — Al Jahili, Al Muwaiji — soften with each summer and still hold. Sheikh Zayed was born in this city, and he never stopped returning to it.
We started Louvan Events here because we believe a celebration is not a performance. It is an act of hospitality, rooted in a place. Our work carries the slow, deliberate craft of Al Ain into every venue we serve — whether the evening is held under a tent in the Hili oasis, on a rooftop in Saadiyat, or in a private majlis in the desert.
We charge one 8% fee. It applies only to vendor costs. There are no hidden margins and no padded line items. The price you approve is the price on your invoice.
How we work
We start with the place. A venue carries the evening as much as the guests do. Before any moodboard, before any vendor, we walk the room.
Then the price. We make a first price from your guest count and a short call. The number you approve is the number we sign.
Then the slow build. Floral, light, sound, sequence. We make as few decisions as we can and as many as we must.

Born in Al Ain. Studied hospitality in Geneva. Has run evenings across the Gulf since 2018.

Sculptor turned florist. Trained at the Royal College of Art. Treats a table like an installation.
